For a Swiss large enterprise in Zug, we are looking for an experienced leader in payroll
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for managing the monthly payroll processing for various companies including annual financial statements, salary certificates and legally compliant handling
- You also ensure the correct application of social insurances, withholding tax, occupational pension scheme (BVG), collective labour agreements (GAV) as well as internal guidelines and KPIs
- You have professional responsibility for SwissSalary and MS Dynamics F&O including parameterisation, master data maintenance, automation and collaboration with IT partners
- Further development of the payroll team
- Standardisation of group-wide payroll processes
- Consulting and sparring with management and HR on all payroll-related issues
- Creation and further development of payroll reports, analyses and key figures for management as well as ensuring transparency and data quality
- Responsibility for compliance with governance requirements, internal controls and legal obligations
- Contact person for authorities, social insurances and auditors as well as support during audits
- Group-wide introduction, harmonisation and further development of the time recording system "TimeAs" including training, support, guidelines and master data quality
- Responsibility for the stable integration TimeAs ? SwissSalary, error analysis, optimisation initiatives and continuous increase of the degree of automation
- Management and implementation of payroll and HRIS projects including continuous process optimisation
Our Requirements
- Proven several years of professional experience in a comparable field of activity, especially in social insurances, withholding tax, occupational pension scheme (BVG), collective labour agreements (GAV) and other regulatory requirements
- High affinity for digitalisation and automation
- Leadership experience
- Experience in process standardisation as well as in setting up a shared service centre or comparable service models
- Experienced in managing time recording systems
- German at native speaker level and mandatory very good French skills
