Your area of responsibility:

• Co-responsibility for the economic and technical management of the turning department in close cooperation with the department management
• Ensuring efficient processes as well as monitoring production processes and key figures
• Continuous optimisation and further development of manufacturing processes and CNC programmes
• Professional and personnel leadership of the team including deployment planning and performance coordination
• Training, promotion, and further development of employees to ensure high quality and competence standards

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Completed training as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) with extensive practical experience in manufacturing technology
• In-depth knowledge of CNC turning including programming
• Experience in staff management and pronounced assertiveness
• Structured, independent, and quality-oriented working style with high precision
• Team-oriented personality with strong social skills as well as high reliability and willingness to take responsibility
