Do you want to know how millions of litres of milk are turned into high-quality products every day – and contribute an important part yourself? What you can achieve
- You operate and monitor our state-of-the-art production and packaging systems reliably.
- After each product change, you find the right settings and adjust the system accordingly.
- During your training, you acquire comprehensive knowledge of materials science, productivity, quality control, fault analysis and hygiene regulations.
- You analyse malfunctions, identify optimisation potential and support improvements in the process.
- With your commitment, you ensure that our products leave the factory on time, safely and in the best quality.
What you bring with you
- You have a secondary school or vocational school leaving certificate.
- You are fascinated by technology and have good manual skills.
- Care and cleanliness are a matter of course for you when working – especially with food.
- You enjoy working in a team and are well organised.
- With a good sense for machines and processes, you quickly find your place in production.
- Your German language skills correspond to at least level B1.
- In addition, you are an early riser and mobile so that you can start the early shift at 05:00.
