In this role as Senior Java Developer, you use your experience with agile development methods to efficiently understand and implement complex requirements. You apply your solid craftsmanship purposefully to develop robust, high-performance, and maintainable solutions. Thanks to your quick grasp, you recognise connections rapidly and actively contribute to technical decisions. You are responsible for the quality of your code and help continuously improve development processes. Your expertise helps you maintain an overview and act purposefully even in demanding situations.
Responsibilities:
Implementation of complex software solutions within a modern Java- and Angular-based application landscape
Close collaboration with business stakeholders to analyse requirements and develop suitable technical implementation concepts
End-to-end support of new features from development through integration and testing to stable productive operation
Active contribution to a DevOps-oriented engineering culture focusing on quality, automation, and sustainable software development
Qualifications:
Several years of software development experience with strong expertise in the Java/Spring ecosystem and modern Angular applications
Solid understanding of distributed applications, APIs, and database technologies, ideally with knowledge of Oracle and MQ
Experience in agile project environments and ability to quickly grasp and solve complex technical issues in a structured manner
Reliable and resilient developer personality with high quality standards and strong customer and team orientation
