Do you enjoy managing varied projects, coordinating with numerous partners, and working in an environment combining marketing, events, sponsorship, and promotion? This position will allow you to take charge of projects from their conception through to their execution and evaluation.
Your main responsibilities
As part of your role, you will notably ensure:
- the management of event and fair projects, including planning, coordination of service providers and partners, logistics, recruitment and leadership of event teams, budget monitoring as well as analysis and reporting;
- the management of sponsorship projects, including participation in contract negotiations, activation of partnerships, monitoring of rights and counter-services, logistics, financial tracking, and evaluation of partnerships based on defined objectives and KPIs;
- responsibility for merchandising and promotional materials; operational management of the warehouse and stock, logistical coordination, development of the range of promotional items, supplier follow-up, and management of promotional materials;
- coordination of the tasting project in sales outlets across Switzerland, from planning to partner follow-up, budget, and results;
- participation in other marketing and sponsorship projects as well as various representation activities of the Gruyère Interprofessional Organisation.
The list of projects is expected to evolve according to the priorities and commitments of the IPG, within the general scope of the role.
Your profile
You hold:
- a specialised training in project management;
- at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing project management;
- excellent coordination, organisation, and autonomous project management skills;
- strong skills in budget management and monitoring, analysis, KPI tracking, and reporting;
- very good command of Microsoft 365 tools;
- an excellent command of French (C1) as well as good knowledge of German and English (B2).
Experience in managing event projects in the food sector and/or in sponsorship is an asset. Proficiency in Google Workspace and Adobe tools such as Photoshop or Premiere Pro is also appreciated.
The role also requires availability and flexibility, with occasional irregular hours and travel within Switzerland and abroad.
