We are looking for a talented Real Estate Project Director to join our team and participate in the delivery of ambitious and varied projects.

Main missions:

Real Estate Development: Potential analysis, programme definition, feasibility study, implementation strategy, technical, economic and legal structuring.
Project Management: Oversee all phases of real estate projects, from design to delivery, ensuring respect for deadlines, budget, and quality and sustainability requirements.
Project Management Assistance Missions: Support project owners in defining, monitoring and coordinating projects.
Feasibility Studies: Analyse development opportunities, conduct programme and financial feasibility studies, establish investment budgets and profitability projections.
Monitoring the marketing of projects under their responsibility: Support and follow-up of marketing.
Project management during construction phase: Ensure monitoring of works, costs, deadlines and execution quality.
Development of building permit applications: Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of authorisation requests, work closely with agents and various stakeholders.
Prospecting: Identify and prospect new clients/projects/plots, manage client relationships, prepare purchase or service offers, present and promote projects, negotiate.

Profile sought:

Experience: Experience in the construction/real estate sector in Geneva
Education: Degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, urban planning or other
Skills: Excellent project management and planning skills / Strong negotiation and communication skills / In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and administrative processes / Mastery of project management tools.
