For performance management in Clinical Area B (Surgery), we are looking for a motivated and committed individual as Performance Coordinator (limited to 1 year) with immediate effect. The position offers the opportunity to get to know a central hospital more closely, actively shape outpatient service recording and billing, and gain in-depth knowledge of the new tariff structures such as TARDOC and outpatient flat rates. Look forward to exciting, interdisciplinary tasks and open exchange with professionals from the clinic, finance, IT and performance management.

Your tasks
- You support ensuring correct and tariff-compliant outpatient service recording and billing
- You analyse data, identify optimisation potentials and develop decision-making bases for specialist departments and management
- You support clinics and specialist departments with tariff and billing-related questions
- You contribute to optimising processes and further developing systems in performance management
- You work closely with clinics, finance, IT and other internal and external partners
- You actively engage in the introduction and further development of the new outpatient tariff landscape (TARDOC and outpatient flat rates)
Your profile
- You have completed training in healthcare, commercial field or have a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in a hospital environment or in tariff and billing-related topics
- Knowledge of IBI and NAV or related systems as well as the new outpatient tariff system (TARDOC, outpatient flat rates) is an advantage
- You have a flair for numbers, data analysis and complex contexts
- You work independently, structured and solution-oriented
- You are curious, eager to learn and interested in current developments in the Swiss healthcare and tariff system
