Team Leader Purchasing and Scheduling 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Coordination of material requirements with internal operational demands
Organisation of daily purchasing activities and prioritisation of open orders
Leading staff professionally and coordinating their tasks in purchasing
Evaluating market information and regularly reviewing procurement conditions
Selecting suppliers, comparing offers and agreeing commercial terms
Controlling supplier quality and initiating necessary corrective measures in case of deviations
Providing manufacturing documents and production orders for internal order processing
Direct coordination with management on purchasing issues and operational procurement topics
Qualifications:
Solid practical experience in purchasing within an industrial or manufacturing company
Knowledge of material scheduling and ensuring product availability
Experience in working with suppliers and negotiating purchasing conditions
Leadership experience or clear willingness to take on a team leader role
Understanding of cost structures, price developments and economic procurement decisions
Ability to coordinate different requirements and set priorities
Initiative, reliability and a methodical working style
Very good German skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are welcome
