Role:
In this role, you are responsible for managing demanding projects in the field of heating and cooling from planning to successful implementation. You coordinate internal and external partners, ensure compliance with deadlines, quality and costs, and ensure a smooth project process. Your solid experience enables you to solve complex technical challenges efficiently. You use your expertise to develop sustainable solutions and achieve project goals with a strong customer focus. An exciting position for experienced project managers with technical depth and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- You implement demanding heating and cooling projects on time and with quality
- In this role, you independently lead and organise medium to large projects
- You convince with the professional preparation of offers and project documents
- As Project Manager Heating and Cooling, you actively contribute your expertise in planning and implementation
- You actively shape the procurement process and ensure efficient project execution
- In this position, you drive innovative BIM and digitalisation projects forward
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as a building services planner for heating, ideally with experience in renovation
- You have solid practical experience in heating and cooling as well as in project management
- As a resilient personality, you convince with your customer- and team-oriented way of working
- Enthusiasm for new technologies, digitalisation and BIM advances your career
- You actively shape projects and gladly take responsibility within the team
- Further development is important to you - you use internal and external training opportunities purposefully
