What you achieve

• Support and partly independent management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties
• Contact person for tenants, caretakers, craftsmen, and external partners
• Assistance with, and if interested, independent apartment handovers, takeovers, and viewings
• Support in coordinating maintenance and repair work
• Participation in renovation and renewal projects
• Support in preparing budgets, reports, and condition analyses
• Maintenance of property and tenant data in management systems
• Participation in the integration and takeover of new property portfolios

• Completed commercial training or basic training in the real estate sector
• Initial professional experience in property management or interest in further development in this area
• Ongoing or planned further education in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Enjoyment in contact with different stakeholders
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Knowledge of Garaio REM or comparable property management systems is a plus
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented personality with a high willingness to learn
• Team player with a proactive working style and interest in long-term development in property management
