Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 100,000Role:
The company is an established Swiss industrial enterprise specialising in the production of high-quality steel products for various applications in construction and infrastructure.
Particularly exciting is the combination of industrial manufacturing, metallurgy, technology and sustainability. Employees work at interfaces between production, maintenance, engineering, quality, logistics, purchasing and central corporate functions, contributing to the reliable and efficient design of complex production processes.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the complete and timely Swiss payroll and reliably process all payroll-relevant changes.
With SAP HCM, you handle onboarding and offboarding as well as other personnel processes and ensure correct data maintenance.
You prepare HR statistics and reports for the group, supporting transparent personnel administration.
You take care of social security and withholding tax declarations and respond to related inquiries from internal and external parties.
You support employees, authorities and insurance companies as a competent contact person for payroll questions; additionally, you contribute flexibly to other HR tasks.
Qualifications:
You must have solid practical experience with SAP HR/HCM and be familiar with the relevant payroll processes.
A commercial education as well as targeted further training in HR, payroll or social security and several years of experience in Swiss payroll processing are required.
Very good knowledge of Swiss labour, social security and withholding tax law is part of your expertise.
You convince through discretion, responsibility and professionalism and handle sensitive personnel data carefully.
As a team-oriented and reliable personality, you communicate confidently in German and work in a structured and independent manner.
