- Independent order processing from acceptance to invoicing, including the creation of all export and shipping documents
- Monitoring and coordination of delivery processes to ensure timely delivery
- Preparation of various work instructions and documentation for the foreign trade department
- Conducting training sessions and supporting audits and official projects
- Several years of professional experience in export and order processing is essential
- Solid language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Very good MS Office skills and ERP system knowledge
- Organisational talent and passion for foreign trade and customs issues

Profile
- Commercial basic training with completed further education in export (foreign trade specialist)- Several years of professional experience in export and order processing is essential
- Solid language skills in German and English, both spoken and written
- Very good MS Office skills and ERP system knowledge
- Organisational talent and passion for foreign trade and customs issues
