Customer Advisor 1st Level Fraud Prevention (Fraud)

Do you enjoy customer contact and want to support our customers competently and empathetically in critical situations? Do you speak fluent German and French, English and Italian are an advantage, and would you like to organise your shifts flexibly? Then strengthen our fraud day team!

As a fraud agent, you will assist our customers in cases of suspected debit and credit card misuse. With empathy and expertise, you will guide them safely and competently through challenging situations.

Your working hours vary between 07:00 and 20:00. In addition, you will occasionally take Saturday shifts during your five-day week (with compensation). You will be thoroughly trained and inducted at your workplace in Zurich-Oerlikon. After basic training, there is the possibility to work partly from home. At a later stage, you will also be introduced to processing incoming cases in the early warning system. Start immediately or by arrangement.

• Telephone support and advice for our customers travelling worldwide
• Handling requests regarding debit and credit card blocks as well as transaction clarifications in case of suspected fraud
• Initiating definitive card blocks, organising card replacements and implementing damage mitigation measures
• Analysing suspected fraud cases and implementing defined processes and security measures

• Commercial or equivalent basic training
• Experience in telephone customer contact and/or shift work is an advantage
• Motivated career changers with a strong service orientation are also welcome
• Flawless German and French skills are required, English and Italian are an advantage
• Interest in fraud prevention and customer-oriented advice
• Calm, confident personality with enjoyment of teamwork
• Good MS Office skills and willingness to learn new systems
