Our Customer Service Centre forms the heart of customer support and loan processing – right in the centre of Zurich
Tasks you will enjoy
- Review, processing and approval of loan applications in the retail customer business
- Conducting creditworthiness checks and assessing credit capacity according to internal guidelines and legal requirements
- Telephone and written contact with new and existing customers throughout the entire loan process
- Processing contract amendments and administrative matters relating to existing loan agreements
- Ensuring structured and efficient case handling in day-to-day business
- Contributing to the optimisation and further development of our processes
Requirements you bring
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a structured and rule-based industry, ideally in the financial sector, consumer credit business or creditworthiness assessment
- German as a native language is required. French and Italian skills are an advantage
- Enjoyment of telephone and written customer contact
- Strong customer orientation as well as a structured, precise and independent working style
- Very good MS Office skills
