What is my role?
Support of the sales and purchasing teams in all administrative and operational tasks
Close collaboration with the departments of sales, purchasing, logistics, marketing as well as other internal interfaces
Expert customer advice and support by telephone as well as in written contact
Creation and processing of offers and orders
Follow-up of open quotations to ensure order intake
Representation of colleagues and active support during increased workload or special projects
What do I need to be successful?
Completed commercial or technical basic training
Professional experience in technical internal sales or purchasing
Knowledge of the steel trade, the metal industry or the industrial environment is an advantage
Professional and customer-oriented manner
Enjoyment of customer contact, strong communication skills and high self-motivation
Flexibility, initiative and a solution-oriented, structured way of working
Confident handling of MS Office as well as SAP knowledge
French or Italian language skills are an advantage
