We are looking for the Medical-Social Centre (CMS) of Moudon a :

Mission :

• Collaborate on the medical-social care project (support in the form of help and care) based on respect for the principle of personal autonomy.
• Participate in monitoring the client’s situation development, in collaboration with the client, their circle, the interdisciplinary team and the attending physicians.
• Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household help and family assistance.

Profile :

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an ASSC.
• Have, if possible, experience in home care.
• Be available to work mainly in the evenings and at weekends.
• Be able to work independently and interdisciplinarily.
• Hold a driving licence and own a vehicle (possibility to use a company vehicle).
• Knowledge of German would be an asset.
