We are looking for the Medical-Social Centre (CMS) of Moudon a :
ASSC ON HOURLY CONTRACT
(evenings and weekends)
Mission :
- Collaborate on the medical-social care project (support in the form of help and care) based on respect for the principle of personal autonomy.
- Participate in monitoring the client’s situation development, in collaboration with the client, their circle, the interdisciplinary team and the attending physicians.
- Provide clients with services such as basic care, nursing care, household help and family assistance.
Profile :
- Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an ASSC.
- Have, if possible, experience in home care.
- Be available to work mainly in the evenings and at weekends.
- Be able to work independently and interdisciplinarily.
- Hold a driving licence and own a vehicle (possibility to use a company vehicle).
- Knowledge of German would be an asset.
