The company develops and produces high-quality specialised products with the latest technologies and places great value on innovation, quality as well as cross-departmental collaboration in a family-like SME environment. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced person who will be responsible for the entire QHSE area, further develop management systems and drive sustainable improvements in the company.

Your tasks with the new employer

• Responsibility for the further development and optimisation of quality, safety and environmental management
• Planning, implementation and support of internal and external audits and certification processes
• Development, monitoring and evaluation of quality indicators as well as preparation of reports
• Consulting and training of managers and employees on quality, safety and compliance topics
• Ensuring compliance with legal, normative and internal requirements as well as handling complaints and supporting sustainability initiatives

You offer your new employer

• Completed technical training in an industrial environment, ideally in mechanical engineering or chemistry, supplemented by further training in quality management
• Several years of professional experience in manufacturing industry as well as sound knowledge in lean management and the QHSE area
• Extensive experience with the standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 as well as knowledge of other relevant standards and legal requirements
• Fluent German and good English skills, both spoken and written
• Communicative and assertive personality with high social competence, service orientation and enthusiasm
