Your mission

As part of our concierge service, you ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and proper functioning of three group buildings (including one with two entrances). You oversee the general condition of the buildings and collaborate with the technician.

You also participate in various maintenance, upkeep and logistics tasks for the group’s needs, within a versatile and varied role.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of common areas and outdoor spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness and the general good condition of the buildings and their facilities.
• Carry out minor routine maintenance and necessary occasional interventions.
• Report anomalies and follow up on intervention needs with the technician.
• Participate in various maintenance, logistics and operational support tasks for the group, as required.

Your profile

• Experience in concierge services, building maintenance or a similar role.
• Versatile, autonomous, organised and reliable person.
• Practical sense, initiative and ability to manage varied tasks.
• Good interpersonal skills, discretion and sense of responsibility.
• Driving licence required
