Coordination, monitoring, and maintenance of ICT services to ensure stable operations
Analysis and resolution of faults as well as escalation to responsible departments
Monitoring of system utilisation and resource usage
Ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems
Qualifications:
Completed IT training and at least 2 years of professional experience in the IT field
Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and experience in network administration
Knowledge in operating firewalls, ideally with Fortinet products
Very good German skills in spoken and written form
Good English skills and solid French skills (B2)
