You enjoy sales, have a knack for people and really want to make a difference? Then we are looking for you as a Senior Sales Consultant for Industry & Technology to strengthen our team in Lucerne.

In this role, you take on the complete 360° recruitment process: from customer acquisition through support to recruiting and placement of candidates. You can expect a working environment that offers you creative freedom and where you can make a difference together with a strong team.

• You actively acquire and support customers from industry and technology
• You conduct customer visits and personnel needs analyses
• You take over the entire recruitment process: placing advertisements, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, creating dossiers
• You place candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• You support and accompany employees in deployment
• You use digital tools and networks to acquire customers and candidates

• Completed training in the technical or industrial field
• Initial experience in technical sales, consulting or recruiting desirable
• Good communication skills, high service orientation and sales affinity
• Good knowledge of MS Office, social media and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good German skills, English an advantage
