What is my role?

• Scheduling, timing and monitoring of customer and production orders

• Checking and correcting order data in the ERP/PPS system

• Monitoring ongoing orders (WIP) as well as initiating and communicating schedule changes

• Hub function between Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing and Production

• First-level support for order- and production-related queries

• Control and tracking of customer orders regarding dates, priorities and capacities

• Deputising within the team

• Participation in the optimisation of planning and order processing procedures

• Support for projects in the areas of production, supply chain and digitalisation

• Support for operational purchasing in delivery date clarifications and administrative procurement tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Basic logistics or technical training, ideally with further training in PPS, logistics or supply chain management

• Experience in production planning, order processing or scheduling in a manufacturing company

• Good ERP and MS Office skills

• Networked thinking and understanding of production processes

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Organisational talent as well as a high sense of responsibility

• Enjoyment of working independently and collaborating with various internal interfaces
