Your tasks
- Management and responsibility for the federal and cantonal direct payment system in the Canton of Zug
- Further development of processes, specialist applications as well as GIS and digital solutions
- Introduction and implementation of new measures and projects in the agricultural sector
- Collaboration in cantonal and national specialist and working groups as well as cooperation with authorities and specialist offices
- Planning and conducting information events for farmers as well as professional management of a small team
Your profile
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, preferably in agronomy, agriculture or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in the field of direct payments, administration or a related specialist area is an advantage
- Interest in specialist topics as well as legal foundations in the agricultural sector
- Enjoyment of organisational, digital and coordinative tasks
- Independent, reliable and committed personality with pleasure in working with farmers, specialist offices and authorities
