Commercial Animation Manager and Skills Development for the Agency Network

Your main responsibilities:

• define, coordinate, and contribute to "on-the-job" training schemes intended for department members (including educational input and training materials),
• participate in supporting advisors in the field by enhancing learning through sharing best practices,
• advise, counsel, and support the department manager on certain operational management tasks,
• undertake permanent and occasional assignments according to the department's needs (analyses related to operational management, cross-functional interventions on targeted topics in collaboration with other Bank entities, etc.).

Your profile:

• proven experience in client advisory, preferably in the banking sector,
• demonstrated pedagogical skills,
• a plus: experience in a staff function with a strong ability to develop reference documents and decision-support materials,
• excellent analytical and synthesis skills,
• strong interpersonal skills.
