What are your tasks?
In the SEO / Findability team, you will be engaged in the following tasks:
- Systematic observation of trends and user needs as well as identification of relevant topics and their active integration into the editorial teams
- Monitoring the technical SEO and GEO quality of the platforms, identifying weaknesses and initiating optimisation measures in collaboration with development and product teams
- Analysing performance in Search & Discover, creating reports and defining measures to increase visibility
- Conveying and expanding SEO and GEO competencies within the company as well as enabling the editorial teams in the area of SEO and GEO
What do you bring?
- SEO expertise and several years of experience in operational and strategic support
- Strong interest in audiovisual content and competitive environment
- Application and understanding of key figures and data-driven decisions
- Hands-on mentality and enjoyment in conveying SEO measures and trends as well as initial experience and experiments with AI tools and their search engines
