- professional, specialised and competent care of patients in demanding and complex situations in our intensive care unit
- co-responsibility for high-quality nursing care
- the role of shift leader and work flexibly in shift operations
- the guidance and support of our NDS students in close collaboration with the education team
You bring with you
- training as a Certified Expert in Intensive Care NDS HF or equivalent additional training in intensive care
- high professional, social and personal competence
- a motivated, friendly and resilient personality
- enjoyment in actively shaping change processes
- willingness to continuously develop your knowledge
- respectful and appreciative collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
