Bilingual Customer Service Assistant FR/DE 80%

Your mission:

• Respond to emails, calls and letters for all requests related to products, services and complaints of Conforama Switzerland,
• Ensure a professional, efficient and quality service to our customers,
• In collaboration with our stores, our online shop and the relevant headquarters departments, provide clear and precise solutions and explanations regarding our conditions to our customers,
• Administratively manage questions related to orders, including refunds, tracking and payment of purchases made on the Web.

Your profile:

• You have completed commercial employee training or hold an equivalent qualification,
• You are bilingual French-German. Knowledge of Swiss German and English is an asset,
• You have experience in a customer service department,
• You have a strong sense of customer service and good communication skills, both written and oral,
• You have excellent knowledge of common office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and are comfortable using multiple software programmes,
• You demonstrate rigour in applying procedures and identifying anomalies, are organised, have good synthesis and analytical skills, as well as good priority management.
