You are responsible for the monitoring and operation of telecommunications, IT, and OT systems in the NOC & SOC
In incident management, you record, classify, prioritise, and track faults and events by creating tickets
In the area of security monitoring & event handling, you monitor and handle security incidents in the security operations centre (SOC)
You identify, analyse, isolate, and resolve complex IT, network, and security system faults and are thus responsible for fault management and troubleshooting
You actively participate in reporting and analyses for continuous operational improvement and perform SLA monitoring and ticket dispatching within incident & security management
Qualifications:
You bring experience in the operation of IT and/or telecommunications systems
Good IT and OT security knowledge as well as the independent execution of IT and network tasks distinguish you
Your pronounced customer and service orientation as well as your high degree of personal responsibility and team spirit are important qualities for this position
You are a solution-oriented and resilient personality with a willingness to work 24/7 shifts
An ITIL 4 Foundation certification completes your profile
Very good communication skills in German and English, ideally also in French or Italian
