Property Manager 100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently manage a property portfolio
You conduct inspections and handovers of rental properties during re-lettings
You coordinate minor repairs and renovations and obtain quotes from craftsmen
You carefully check and code creditor invoices
You support the accounting department in preparing heating and ancillary cost statements
Qualifications:
You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in Property Management or a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience as a property manager
You are proficient in MS Office
You have a confident command of German as well as good English skills
