Your tasks - lead, shape, inspire

• Leadership & Motivation: You lead the Advisory Desk Siebnen both professionally and personally and inspire your team to achieve top performance.
• Advisory & Support: You comprehensively advise your own client portfolio in the areas of financing, investing and pension provision.
• Market & Network: Together with your team, you look after clients and build a strong network of relationships in the region.
• Responsibility & Planning: You are responsible for sales targets, branch organisation and exploiting market potential.
• Collaboration & Development: You promote cross-departmental collaboration and work closely with specialists and other segments.

Your profile - competent, regional, strong leadership

• Professional competence: You have solid experience in financing and investment as well as banking-specific or business management education and training.
• Leadership experience: Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience and enjoy supporting and developing employees.
• Network & Regionality: You bring an existing network in the Ausserschwyz region or are motivated to quickly build a successful network of relationships.
• Entrepreneurial thinking: Your working style is characterised by entrepreneurial thinking, goal orientation and a networked approach.
• Team spirit & enthusiasm: You appreciate teamwork and enjoy celebrating shared successes.
