The ENDO team is an independent practice within the clinic and specialises in orthopaedic surgery and traumatology.

YOUR TASKS
- Organisation and support of the consultations of the assigned doctor and for the team
- Comprehensive administrative support of the assigned doctor such as preparation of consultation documents, medical records, findings and referrals
- Billing of outpatient consultations
- Finalising and sending, partly also writing medical reports and general correspondence
YOUR PROFILE
- A completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant or Medical Secretary with several years of professional experience
- Organisational talent with a winning manner and a high service orientation towards patients as well as reliability, commitment and flexibility
- Sound PC skills and very good language skills (native German, other national languages as well as English are an advantage)
- Confident writing of reports and correspondence using medical terminology
