Dispatcher: Main Construction Industry 100% (m/f/d) in Bern

Job Description

• Recruit: Find, select and attract construction personnel
• Acquire: Win new clients and further develop existing client relationships
• Prepare: Train employees and equip them according to your clients’ requirements
• Organise: Coordinate assignments between clients and employees – including all administrative tasks
• Support: Be the first point of contact for employees regarding questions about wages, allowances and administrative matters
• Build: Develop and maintain a strong pool of employees for assignments on large projects

We expect

• You have completed a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in construction or a related field
• Native-level German as well as good knowledge of Italian, Spanish or Portuguese (mandatory) for communication with clients and employees
• An extroverted and team-oriented personality with the ability to quickly win people over
• You are from Bern, know the region well and impress with charisma and initiative
• You hold a driving licence to conduct client visits or employee support on site using the available company vehicle
