Your Tasks

• With empathy and care, you take on the nursing and support of your clients in their home environment - always attentive to their personal needs and wishes.
• You independently implement the care processes, guided by the applicable guidelines and quality standards.
• Advising and supporting relatives is also part of your responsibilities to ensure holistic and sustainable care.
• You diligently and completely maintain the care documentation to ensure seamless, transparent, and high-quality care.
• Furthermore, you actively contribute to care planning, thus making an important contribution to individually tailored and optimal care.

Our Requirements

• You have completed training as a Certified Health Professional EFZ and ideally already have experience in Spitex or long-term care.
• Your strong sense of responsibility as well as your independent and structured working style enable you to act calmly and solution-oriented even in demanding situations.
• Your flexibility and initiative allow you to master daily tasks with commitment and overview.
• A driving licence ideally complements your profile and allows you to reliably and efficiently care for clients in their home environment.
