For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Basel area, we are looking for a precise, reliable, and technically skilled individual as a Polymechanic CNC Turning / Manufacturing 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will work in CNC turning manufacturing and take on the setup, operation, and monitoring of turning machines. You ensure that workpieces are produced according to drawings, deadlines, and quality requirements.
- Manufacturing mechanical parts according to drawings and specifications
- Performing dimensional checks and quality inspections
- Changing and adjusting tools and clamping devices
- Monitoring ongoing production and resolving minor malfunctions
- Optimising workflows in collaboration with team leadership and production planning
- Documenting test values, deviations, and production data
- Maintaining machines and ensuring clean workflows
- Experience in CNC turning or mechanical manufacturing
- Confident reading of drawings and understanding of tolerances
- Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or similar controls is an advantage
- Quality-conscious, precise, and reliable working style
- Enjoyment of turning technology, manufacturing, and practical problem-solving
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment
