Academic HES Assistant in Management in the Healthcare Sector

The HEIG-VD is advertising the position of

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Attached to the School of Management ( HEG ) and its Interdisciplinary Institute for Business Development ( IIDE ), your responsibilities will be as follows:

• You will carry out academic research projects or mandates within the Thematic Competence Group in Management in the Healthcare Sector of the IIDE institute. You will participate in data collection and processing and provide support for writing and promoting the results.

• You will participate in the administrative management (correspondence, invoicing, budget monitoring, organisation of meetings) and operational management (project monitoring, stakeholder coordination, event organisation) of activities, files or projects of the group and the department.

• You will assist professors in their teaching duties (help with course preparation, student supervision, administrative tasks).

DESIRED PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree from a university of applied sciences (HEG or HEC) or equivalent qualification; higher-level qualification is an asset
• Strong interest in applied research in management in the healthcare sector
• Excellent writing skills, organisational skills and attention to detail, client- and results-oriented
• Ability to adapt to a demanding environment and manage several projects simultaneously
• Proven autonomy in organising one’s tasks
• Availability and flexibility in working hours
• Good command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of German is an asset

Work rate: 100%

Start date: 15 October 2026 or to be agreed

Contract duration: Fixed-term contract for 1 year, renewable up to 4 times
