About the role

As a Junior Commercial Logistician, you play a pivotal role between operations and sales. You work closely with management to optimise global flows while actively developing the network of international partners.

Tasks

This role combines operational management of logistics flows (70% maritime) and strategic support for international business development.

• Organise and monitor maritime (FCL/LCL), road and multimodal shipments
• Analyse costs, routes and transit times to optimise cross-trade flows
• Research, qualify and put carriers and freight forwarders in competition
• Negotiate transport rates and secure logistics capacities
• Develop new logistics routes to Asia, Africa and Latin America
• Conduct benchmarking analyses to recommend the best transport options
• Support business development during regular international travel

We are looking for

• Successful initial experience in logistics, ideally in the maritime and container sector
• Professional command of English
• Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented mindset
• Analytical mind capable of turning raw data into strategic recommendations

An advantage if you have

• Advanced studies specialised in Supply Chain Management
• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese for international exchanges
