Take your first steps into the professional world at BCV
For 1 August 2027, we are looking for motivated and curious learners. At BCV, you can undertake your commercial employee apprenticeship specialising in banking with or without an integrated professional school-leaving qualification. Here are the options:
- Apprenticeship in a branch with a focus on customer advice in all regions of the canton and practical, varied training in several professions of a universal bank (reception and comprehensive customer advice, finance and investment advice, personal loans and business advice).
- Apprenticeship within the Operations department located at our Banking Administrative Centre in Prilly with a curriculum mainly in professions based on process management - back office - middle office - payment traffic - such as securities transfer, operational taxation, administrative formalities, central cash desk, reconciliations, deposits, market operations, etc.
The commercial employee apprenticeship at BCV means:
- active support in developing your methodological, social and personal skills;
- acquiring solid theoretical knowledge at commercial vocational schools, CYP and our Training Centre;
- continuous supervision at your workplace.
Your profile:
- good academic results in core subjects, especially mathematics, French, German and English, and an aptitude for acquiring knowledge;
- comfortable in social settings, good interpersonal and organisational skills, adaptability and dynamism;
- interest in the economic and banking world as well as new technologies.
