Resident Concierge – Condominium

As part of the management of a condominium property, we are looking for a resident concierge responsible for ensuring the routine maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning of the co-ownership.

An apartment is provided on site, the rental of which is an essential condition for the role.

Your main duties

You will be responsible for:

• the continuous maintenance of cleanliness and order of the residence and its surroundings;
• routine maintenance of outdoor areas;
• mowing lawns and usual maintenance work of green spaces;
• snow clearance and salting of access routes and roads during winter;
• management and presentation of waste containers according to collection days;
• general surveillance of the building and prompt reporting of any anomalies, damage or malfunctions to management;
• carrying out minor routine repairs that do not require a specialised company;
• generally, any usual tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and maintenance of the condominium.

Your profile

We are looking for a person who is:

• reliable, autonomous and conscientious;
• organised and capable of managing their tasks independently;
• attentive to cleanliness and quality of work provided;
• skilled in manual work and routine maintenance;
• comfortable interacting with residents while maintaining discretion;
• available and able to adapt to seasonal constraints, especially in snowy conditions;
• willing to reside long-term in the accommodation provided within the condominium.

Previous experience in concierge services, building maintenance or a similar role is essential.
