Assembly Mechanic (Polymechanic-Micromechanic) M/F 100%

Your main responsibilities

• Carry out the disassembly and analysis of spindles to be overhauled (mechanical spindles, electro-spindles and high-frequency spindles)
• Diagnose the condition of components and define overhaul requirements
• Assemble new products and reassemble overhauled spindles according to current technical standards
• Balance and perform running-in of spindles during product validation phases
• Perform dynamic measurements and validate spindle performance before and after overhaul
• Write measurement reports and technical documentation
• Ensure the quality and compliance of work carried out, on a protocol basis

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Polymechanic / Micromechanic (or related training considered)
• Experience in precision assembly (an advantage)
• Analytical skills, strong team spirit, rigorous and autonomous
• Interest and ability to go beyond the strict scope of the position (for example, to carry out spindle grinding work, manufacture or rework small series/prototype parts, participate in continuous improvement of methods, ...)
• Be proactive and collaborative
