Performance Manager

Performance management is responsible for an efficient and effective performance recording process. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Performance Manager.

What to expect

• You help ensure a high quality of performance recording and act as a direct contact person for the clinics regarding tariff and performance recording issues
• You organise training sessions on performance recording, maintain performance packages in the recording system, respond to clinic inquiries, process invoice rejections, and create performance statistics
• You participate in projects to optimise performance recording as well as the introduction of the new outpatient tariff system

What you bring

• You are familiar with the administrative processes of a hospital, preferably processes related to revenue, tariff, or performance management
• You are a communicative personality who understands how to network and communicate at different levels
• You have a medical or commercial basic education with professional or function-specific further training
• Professional experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is an advantage
• You are characterised by a process-oriented way of thinking, a good understanding of cross-departmental contexts, and a flair for (performance) statistics
• Experience in tariff and performance management is an advantage, and you are particularly familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and SAP IS-H
