Project Manager Plant Construction (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You lead demanding steel construction projects from the concept phase to completion
You take on the technical and commercial project management including schedule, cost, and quality control
You coordinate planning, design, and manufacturing in close collaboration with internal departments and external partners
You conduct site inspections, approvals, and project meetings
You support management with calculations, quotations, and project optimisations
You contribute to ensuring that safety standards and quality guidelines are consistently adhered to
Qualifications:
Completed training as a metal construction draughtsman, mechanical or civil engineer, ideally with further training as a project manager or technician HF
Several years of professional experience in steel or metal construction
Sound knowledge of statics, design, manufacturing, and assembly processes
Good knowledge of CAD (e.g. Tekla, AutoCAD or SolidWorks) as well as MS Office
Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various project stakeholders
Structured, goal-oriented, and independent working style
