Proxi-Soins Sàrl, a company specialised in home care in Switzerland, is looking for health auxiliaries as well as an Office ASSC for the Lausanne/Riviera region and its surroundings.

Active in the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg, we are strengthening our team and seeking health auxiliaries for home care. You will join a committed care team where the quality of care and attention to each patient are at the heart of our practice.

Your duties for the health auxiliary position

• Provide basic home care: assistance with washing, dressing and feeding
• Support patients in daily life activities to promote their autonomy
• Observe patients’ health status and report any changes to the care team
• Ensure a clean, safe and suitable environment
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to guarantee quality follow-up

Your profile

• 120-hour Swiss Red Cross certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Junior profile accepted
• Experience in home care or institutional care is an asset.
• Good command of French, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently while integrating into a team.
• Sense of responsibility, empathy and patience.
• Driving licence required.

Your duties for the Office ASSC position

• Ensure administrative follow-up of patients under care.
• Ensure proper communication between patients, relatives, office and field teams.
• Participate in the development and management of schedules.
• Respond to questions from the field team and act as a link between caregivers.
• Occasionally carry out home visits.

Your profile

• Diploma as ES/HES nurse or recognised Swiss qualification or CFC as ASSC.
• Junior profile accepted
• Experience in home care is a real plus.
• Autonomous, reliable and responsible, while enjoying teamwork.
• Comfortable communicating with patients, relatives and colleagues.
• Good command of IT tools. Excellent command of French, spoken and written.
• Driving licence required.
