For a permanent position, we are looking for one of our clients, based in the Canton of Geneva, a

Your mission:

• Analyse production needs
• Ensure consistency and balance of workload/capacity on the workstations within your scope.
• Plan production according to customer needs by cooperating with other planners and other logistics actors.
• Ensure cross-communication with production workshops and support services.
• Manage article and flow changes by ensuring the consistency of master data.
• Propose and participate in the implementation of solutions to guarantee production volumes.
• Manage the control tools inherent to your activity.
• Be the main contact for clients and ensure follow-up of their order portfolio, from receipt of the requirement to delivery.

Required technical skills:

• Excellent understanding of logistics flows.
• Proven experience in requirements calculation analysis (MRP).
• Very good command of Excel and an ERP (ideally SAP).

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Production Management (or equivalent).
• 3 years of experience in planning in the industrial field, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and diplomacy.
• Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor and proactivity.
• Customer orientation and adaptability.
