Role:
As a specialist site manager, you take on the technical leadership and coordination of the trades building automation and EMS across all project phases. You ensure the professional execution on site, coordinate contractors and specialist planners, and accompany the projects until successful commissioning and handover.
Responsibilities:
Technical site management for building automation and EMS across all project phases
Coordination, supervision, and control of the executing companies on site
Ensuring professional implementation according to planning, standards, specifications, and quality requirements
Schedule, quality, and partly financial control of the building automation trades
Central interface between client, overall project management, specialist planners, contractors, and commissioning teams
Participation in construction meetings as well as leading and minute-taking of specialist meetings
Inspection of installation work, especially control cabinet construction, cabling, sensors, and actuators
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as automation technician EFZ, electrician EFZ or comparable education
Further training in automation, electrical engineering or building technology (TS, HF, BP, FH) is an advantage
Degree as an engineer in building automation, electrical engineering, automation technology or comparable field is an advantage
Several years of professional experience in building automation, EMS technology or plant automation
Solid experience on construction sites and commissioning
Good knowledge of automation and control systems, for example Siemens, Wago, Saia, ABB, KNX or BACnet
