ServiceNow Consultant (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you will apply your ServiceNow expertise to advance IT service management, digitalisation, and process optimisation for clients. You advise departments on suitable solutions and accompany them from analysis through to conception and implementation. You support the implementation of applications based on ServiceNow and ensure that processes become more efficient and transparent. Through your contribution, you simplify working in companies sustainably and actively participate in their digital transformation.
Responsibilities:
- You advise clients in IT service management, digitalisation, and process optimisation
- In this role, you create concepts and specifications in collaboration with clients
- As a ServiceNow consultant, you design the architecture and design of complex process applications based on ServiceNow
- You contribute to the implementation of the conceived solutions as well as the installation of software solutions and product launches at the client
- In this role, you take on technical project management while considering commercial requirements
- As a ServiceNow consultant, you support sales within the framework of pre-sales activities
Qualifications:
- You have a completed university of applied sciences or ETH degree in computer science or business informatics
- You have proven ServiceNow project experience as a consultant and developer
- You hold ServiceNow certifications
- You bring experience in project management
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both spoken and written
- You work independently, think entrepreneurially, and are ready to achieve above-average results in a young, motivated team
