Head of Logistics / Operations Manager (m/f/d)

• You lead our logistics branch with heart and mind and embody the role model function
• For you, leadership means more than duty rosters and conversations: you recognise potential, promote talents and create an environment where around 14 employees can work successfully together
• You keep an overview of the warehouse, processes, deadlines and priorities – even when things get hectic
• You are responsible for process optimisation (space, processes, personnel, continuous improvement process)
• You maintain contact with our customers and ensure that service is not just a word but a lived everyday reality
• You have control of key figures, costs and evaluations and make decisions independently and responsibly within the defined area of responsibility
• You handle administrative tasks as reliably as operational challenges
• You keep an eye on technical equipment and the maintenance of infrastructure and recognise the need for action early
• You always ensure occupational safety, order and cleanliness in the warehouse

• A further qualification as a logistics specialist or a comparable qualification is in your backpack, and it also contains plenty of practical know-how. Experience in technical maintenance rounds off your profile
• You have already gained several years of leadership experience. Motivating people, promoting them and celebrating successes together gives you at least as much pleasure as a well-organised warehouse stock
• Numbers are a helpful tool for you. You don’t just read key figures, costs and evaluations, you also understand what lies behind them
• You are confident in German, both spoken and written, and always find the right tone with both employees and customers
• You keep an overview even when several topics demand attention simultaneously
