Maintenance Specialist - Mechanics, Electrical & CNC - Maintenance with Passion!
Your Tasks
- Independent execution of maintenance, repair and servicing work on production machines and technical equipment
- Carrying out machine overhauls as well as replacement, repair and refurbishment of mechanical components
- Systematic fault finding and troubleshooting in the areas of mechanics, electrical, hydraulics and pneumatics
- Maintenance and servicing of CNC-controlled production machines
- Performing turning and adjustment work on conventional or CNC lathes
- Manufacture or processing of spare, wear and machine parts as required
- Inspection and replacement of electrical and electromechanical components, sensors, drives and other operating equipment
- Carrying out preventive maintenance to ensure high machine availability
- Support with assembly, installation, conversion and commissioning of machines and equipment
- Analysis of recurring faults and active participation in technical improvements and optimisations
- Documentation of completed maintenance and repair work
- A versatile position with a broad technical range of tasks and a lot of personal responsibility
- Work on modern production machines as well as various mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

- Completed technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic, production mechanic, automation technician, electromechanic, mechanic or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance, machine servicing or machine overhaul
- Solid practical knowledge in mechanics as well as hydraulics and pneumatics
- Good knowledge in the field of electrical/electrotechnical engineering and safety in handling electrical components
- Experience with CNC machines and ideally in CNC turning
- Ability to confidently read technical drawings, schematics and machine documentation
- Experience in independent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Manual dexterity and a pronounced technical understanding
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to take responsibility and act pragmatically and purposefully in case of machine downtime
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
