Property Management Residential and Commercial Real Estate (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Management and supervision of a portfolio of rental properties (residential and commercial real estate)
- Creation and monitoring of rental contracts, rent adjustments and terminations
- Conducting viewings, apartment inspections and handovers
- Monitoring and ensuring the proper use of the properties
- Communication with tenants, owners, craftsmen and service providers
- Coordination and awarding of maintenance, repair and renovation work
- Planning and implementation of budgeting for the managed properties
- Preparation of service charge statements and rent accounting
- Control and monitoring of incoming payments and rent arrears
- Supervision of renovation and modernisation projects
- Support in the acquisition and marketing of real estate
- Monitoring compliance with legal and contractual provisions
- Conducting owners' meetings and recording the results
Qualifications:
- Completed training in the real estate sector (e.g. property manager with federal diploma or real estate specialist)
- Several years of professional experience in property management is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of tenancy and contract law
- Experience in managing rental properties (residential and commercial real estate)
- Good knowledge of accounting and property management software (e.g. REM, Abacus)
- Negotiation skills and strong communication in dealing with tenants and owners
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Very good knowledge of German
