Internal Sales Employee (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You competently support customers by phone and email and ensure smooth communication
- In this role, you efficiently process customer orders from order to delivery
- As a specialist, you coordinate delivery dates in close coordination with production planning
- You prepare offers including calculations for standard products according to clear guidelines
- You handle complaints and returns in a solution-oriented and customer-friendly manner
- You maintain price lists according to customer agreements and take over invoicing as well as administrative tasks in internal sales
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial basic education
- You have several years of experience in internal sales
- You act in a solution- and process-oriented manner and enjoy working independently
- You approach people of various hierarchical levels openly and confidently
- You move confidently in a dynamic and lively working environment
- You bring solid IT skills (MS Office, SAP is an advantage) and communicate confidently in English; French is a plus
