What is my role?

• You are responsible for the dispatch and coordination of transport orders

• You plan and optimise vehicle deployments and routes

• You are the central interface between customers, drivers and internal departments

• You monitor the timely processing of orders

• You respond flexibly to short-term changes and find pragmatic solutions

• You maintain the master data in the dispatch system

• You create evaluations and reports

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed commercial training

• You bring experience in dispatch

• You work in a structured manner and keep an overview even in stressful situations

• Shift work between 05:00 and 20:00 is no problem for you

• You are confident with MS Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage

• You speak fluent German, additional languages are a plus

• You are flexible and resilient
