For our client, an established Swiss industrial company in the Brugg AG area, we are looking for a reliable, precise and technically skilled individual as a Polymechanic CNC / Manufacturing Technology 80-100% (m/f).
In this role, you will take on demanding tasks in mechanical manufacturing. You set up CNC machines, process workpieces according to drawings, and ensure that quality, dimensional accuracy and deadlines are met.
- Manufacturing of individual parts, small series or series according to drawings and specifications
- Performing dimensional checks, quality inspections and corrections
- Optimising machining processes, tools and programmes
- Reading and implementing technical drawings, manufacturing documents and inspection plans
- Changing and adjusting tools, clamping devices and fixtures
- Supporting prototypes, special parts or technical adjustments
- Maintenance and care of machines as well as ensuring a clean workplace
- Collaboration with production planning, quality assurance, assembly and production
- Compliance with quality, safety and production requirements
- Experience in CNC turning, CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing is an advantage
- Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and handling tolerances
- Experience with controls such as Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens or comparable systems is an advantage
- Quality-conscious, precise and independent working style
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of precise manufacturing
- Team-oriented, reliable and resilient personality
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Willingness to work day shifts or shift work, depending on the area of deployment

- Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC turning or CNC milling machines- Manufacturing of individual parts, small series or series according to drawings and specifications

Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or comparable technical training- Experience in CNC turning, CNC milling or mechanical manufacturing is an advantage
